So for once i actually looked up the FOI, so I will spare you the headache and walk you through why this is dumb
The MOJ does not hold information on the inmates AGAB. FOI releases are done by month, and this bitch couldn't even provide me the month, let alone the foi number, so I had to dig through several 2020 releases. This is how i found that MOJ does not hold data on the prisoner's gender at birth, and simply identifies them based on legally recognised sex. In this manner, the tables she is referencing do not refer to the inmates as "male at birth" but as legally recognised as men. This is also written within the actual FOI table.
This makes things weird, since this is a 2020 FOI it exists in a space where a legal gender recognition only generally required a gender dysphoria diagnosis, although im unsure how this specifically affects prisons. The data is hard to parse on a trans men trans women basis. There is a very small difference between the number of legally male trans convicts and the number of transgender convicts in mens prisons (which is the specific table she seems to be refering to). However, a 3rd table showing transgender convicts identifying as female in womens prisons has less than 5 (unclear number) convicts sentenced for sexual offences out of 11 total convicts.
Overall idfk what she's on abt. The FOI request shes referencing is FOI 200615022. It's from i think july 2020?
