This is the first time I had a roach enter my room since I moved out, and because I didn't expect it to happen, I didn't have any spray to kill it. But it won't get out no matter how hard I tried so I cut an empty gallon and trapped it with it. I slipped a paper beneath the gallon and tapped the edges so it won't accidently open.
Then I immediately check out a cockroach killer spray, but of course it'll not arrive until a few days later. So I just have a trapped cockroach in my room for a few days. But now the spray already arrived but I don't feel like killing it with that. I kinda want to see how long it will take for that damn roach to die.
It's trapped with a little oxygen cause I didn't cover the whole edges with duct tape so there are probably some small holes for air to get in. Of course I didn't give it any food or water.
I searched online and it says roaches can live a month without food, a week without water, and 45 minutes with oxygen (this is also why I'm sure the trap isn't covered properly). Let's see if it'll die in a week or a month.
