Does extensive skincare work?
Does it work well for people who do it?
Because my whole life I didn't have any bad skin issues and for more than half of that life I didn't even apply moisturizer to my face. I just washed my face with just water; and with cleanser if i went out. And one or two pimples popped out a few times, I didn't pop it or anything it just went away. The only time I tried skincare was when I was dating my ex because he made me fucking insecure about normal skin texture, and at that time I used to have horrible breakouts. Now I do apply moisturizer after I cleanse my face and that's it.
Actually, washing your face and using Sunscreen everyday is enough without any skincare routine.
Skincare routine depends on what you’re trying to achieve with your skin. Since I got a normal skin type, I don’t use many products. Less is good to be honest and consistency.
