U joined ur clg a week ago , somehow managed to get into this friends group. And this frnd of urs keeps saying controversial or really sexist jokes. Wt do u do?
I mean this is wt iam going through rn. This guy was part of the group . He keeps saying things sometimes. Everyone just laughs or just ignores him. But I just can't do this anymore . I don't like being alone , so I can't just ditch this group.
He also has zero boundaries keeps invading my personal space by putting his hand over my shoulder or sometimes ruffling my hair or even playing with my ear ring while I sleep on desk.
this aint my friend anymore when he opens his mouth to say bs you can be sure i would be the first one to tell him to stfu

none of them are my friends, honestly, silence and laughter are settle agreements with what that guy is saying and doing. If he doesn't listen and no one around is gonna have your back, ditch them Sooner or later you'll find new friends, trust me, don't keep on forcing yourself into awkward and bad situations reply
Finding a new friend group might be tough, but I'd love for you to feel safe where you are more than anything else, he seems creepy, if he keeps making those jokes and yet try to touch you and invade your personal space, he will feel encouraged by your silence and start doing more, don't give him the benefit of the doubt, it has never gotten us any...... reply
