How to permanently heal eyebrow piercing

I’ve had my eyebrow pierced for over a year now and it will usually stay tame for 1&2 months but get irritated and infected out of no where, I wait some days and it becomes okay again. It’s a vicious cycle . My question is, how do I get it to permanently heal because the awkward stage of a semi infected eyebrow piercing doesn’t look too cute & it acts brand new (bleeding/crusting ect) . It doesn’t look like it’s rejecting as I’ve a piercer look at it quickly when my friend was getting her lobes done and she said it’s just irritated.
