You should watch the legend of the galactic hero’s, has similar dynamic between two characters in the show. I guess monster could also count but most people interpret johan and tenma’s relationship as platonic rather than romantic. (though idk what u would call their relationship…)
Ohhhhh do you mean Reinhard and Yang???I watched that when I was a kid but I remember enjoying their dynamic so much, ill rewatch it Yes ,well I don’t rly think of Johan and tenma as either romantic or platonic, They have a complex dynamic that I enjoy so much, I enjoy reading abt them but the age difference and couple of other things make it difficult to see them as a romantic pair.. much like Sowoon and Hak from Yona of the dawn, I think they’re the brotherly version of guts and Griffith( yotd also inspired from berserk) but they also have a complex relationship along with yona that I can NEVER view as romantic or ill be insulting them lol
