Am I too woke, or the part where Ive seen 99% of the comic industry specifically ROMANCE and BL has the girl/uke be sooooo weak or held by the Male love interest. Like its: boring, bullshit, unoriginal, and fucking sexist.
Example: The girl looks fckin scared to death and the male lead smirkin holding her hand like a shackle.
How tf is that good. Ok i dont mind some obsessed shi love story, but its just repetitive and shitty.
Another example: three male leads kissing the hands of female lead.

Why not just show them meeting or sum shi, holding hands, or hold each others face, or just some original shi.

And while im fcking at it, in action comics the female love interest is just a fcking object for the male MC to protect, and when the female MC, the guy has a whole character arc and has a purpose.
