here’s one comic that i’ve seen blow up on tiktok early this year, but never really paid that much attention to it, until last week. i had such a good time reading this and learning more about both main characters : adil and jay.
i really enjoyed the SA / sort of grooming depiction and the religion theme in this story. this author knows how to depict emotions so well
not only that, but theres an internalized homophobia plot line as well, boy im LOVING IT!!! stories about two mentally fucked up MCs are my fav.
there’s 4 chapters for now, and a lot of short artworks that makes you understand the plot and both character’s background. the comic is called Underdogs, and you can find the artwork on twitter or instagram, but the comic is only on patreon for 4€ per month.
i hope some of you can donate money to this artist, as they’re currently living in kiev and experiencing blackouts because of the war.
if you can’t spend that much money on their artwork, use Kemono site or Pawchive and look for @Sasha-Sk. you’ll find their work for free on there.
they’re my sons now, family’s getting bigger
