I think its selfish, bc some people are so obsessed with having children of their own blood, while there are so many abandoned children.
Also its another way to exploit poor women, they agree, of course, bc they are in a vulnerable possition and in need of money, pregnancy have many risks, not to mention the psychological sequels.
