I eat pomelo with salt but that's for the sour pomelo, I don't know about your pomelo tho, that's either unripe or stale.
I thought balmasic vinegar would taste good but I don't really like it too sour (duhh it's vinegar) for my liking and it kinda have an apple like taste that I can't describe reply
