Does anyone know the name of this?

There was a bl manga on here where the mc was out in the woods I think and a serial killer with like a burlap sack type mask on his head was the top? Scared the shit outta the mc? There was also like a side character who was pretty crazy and helped the serial killer top I think hide bodies or dispose of them if I remember correctly?

It just emerged from the back of my brain and since the purge never fully restored my lists I couldn't find it again (￣∇￣")
