Ai ads are getting out of hand

Tell me why, I'm trying to online shop now and trying to find clothes and it's all ai ads of "360 view of the clothing". Shouldn't this be literally illegal cause it's just a scam and it's even more ass when ppl advertising for them also use ai like dude. I want that Japan law of how ads should look exactly like the products.

It's even more wild how majority of people somehow don't even care that ai is taking over the marketing like bro we're gonna get scammed more easily. I'd rather have influencers act like it's the best than an ai ad.
