I usually dont know how to describe flavors but honestly mutton is kind of distinct. It has a stronger taste than lamb, like the flavor is much prominent and apparent and it has a kick to it, BUT it is gamey and a little hard to chew on if not cooked for enough time (and I mean by enough time a LONG time), its my personal preference but I prefer mu...... reply
