am i the only one who gets a huge ick when ppl compare yaoi characters to celebrities/idols?

or even real life people in general. and when i mean yaoi i dont mean bl i mean YAOI like smut and shit. like theyre real people right, and then when you compare them to the ppl in a yaoi, even if you dont mean it like that, it makes people think you're imagining them AS the characters, even when they're having sex. and it's always based on appearances/dynamics too, so they even disregard the personalities even when theyre absolute shit even if the celebrities themselves dont know theyre being thought of like that, its still really weird and icky to see that ykyk
