fantasy fl isekai reccomendations

hey im trying to get into more isekais but i dont know what tags to look for and im struggling to find something i want to read so pls give me some reccomendations or amazing lists or key tags that have what im looking for!
what i want:
(1) strong female lead <<- i do not care for a male lead at all
(2) realistic story? I enjoy the revenge plotline but so many of the isekai ive tried reading solves these massive issues within 2 chapters and i want a story that actually delves into these issues with depth?
(3) imperfect characters - i like when all the characters have flaws that aren't just mary-sue types - i want the mc's to have some bad traits as much i dont want the villains to have some good traits. ++ points if the main character actually fucks up and owns their mistake and not just in the miscommunication-trope
(4) romance is welcomed! but i need the love to be more than just ' woah... shes different and not like all the other girls...'

(5) +++ points if they do unique tropes thats not just the villainess was misunderstood and the heroine is actually evil!!!!! or the evil grand duke is actually kind and misunderstood.....

one of the stories i liked was 'The One Within the Villainess' - while i dont think it filled all the criteria esp my last point, i liked the uniqueness of the plot?
