Shotacon?

Hey guys, I have been thinking about this a lot since pedophilia has been a huge topic these days bc of Shawn dude. I have seen a lot of informative posts? and this has got me thinking with my liking of Shotacon.
I’m not gonna lie, Shotacon has been one of the things I like, even from a young age. I found out yaoi and .. you know how things are. But Even thought I love it, I have never ever thought about an actual child involving. I never support any form of sexual abuse. Shotacon isn’t the only thing I read. I read lots of dead dove genres too.
I have talked about it with some of my friends. Some thinks Shotacon is a form of child pornography and is bad. Some doesn’t care. I know myself well enough that I’m able to separate my likes and reality. They do get me.
I think that any form of art should be allowed, even with these kinda topics ( ex. gore, beastility). Of course, the artists only draw them for certain audiences and we should respect it. At the same time, we should be aware that these things are not good in reality. We shouldn’t shame people for their personal interests.
What do you think about this? Do you think certain topics shouldn’t be act out in any kind of form?
