Automatically random thoughts

I don't know if its just me but has anyone mind just automatically pop up with a negative thought and then all the sudden to make it worse your mind automatically pops up with "I wish" sentence I was starting to ignore all of that till my brain decide to throw in another "I wish. . ." sentence again now all the sudden I've been stuck in bed without overthinking. Qaurentine got my brain fuck up I really don't wanna spend my whole time laying in bed thinking of random disgusting thoughts or negative or stupid thoughts
