GL for sure! (TLDR AT THE BOTTOM) BL is often full of rape and sexual assault, and it romanticises it a lot, so it's difficult to find a good one. It also often relies on harmful stereotypes and reduces characters down to their position in sex which is just a yikes for me. i think i was a relatively normal kid but i went through a phase where ALL I'D DO IS READ BOOKS. in hindsight, that helped me with getting into a top set in english and getting a good grasp on grammar. currently undergoing (closeted) weeb phase and (closeted) kpop phase though.   reply
