You might have too many thoughts. Often when you’re not being physically stimulated by exercise or socializing your brain can speed up in thought. Fearing death is normal but it shouldn’t be consuming your life. A therapist would be helpful in identifying if these thoughts are stemming from a larger issue or if they’re intrusive. Sometimes. My dreams can be dark but not always.I once dreamt I was trapped in an underground subway station during the apocalypse which was very dark and I’ve dreamt I was an explorer in a bright forest.   1 reply

I’ve probably done worse but recently the most diabolical thing I be doing is not answering my phone. I let it ring out so whoever is calling doesn’t know I intentionally ignored the call. Sometimes, but maybe too often. I’m just not up for conversation.   reply
