I really like Kylie Sakaida's recipes, because she emphasizes adding nutritional elements over taking things out of your meal. I've made many of her rice cooker recipes and they're all very easy and tasty. Her salmon rice bowl is my current favorite. You can find her on youtube, ig, or tiktok.

I always prefer the original. When manga/hwa/hua localize honorifics to the English equivalent (brother/sister/etc), I correct it in my head as I read so it sounds right (hyung/unnie/ge/etc).
