Hello. I hope you're having a good week wherever you are in the world. If not, please know I'll be thinking about you and hoping things get better.
I am currently trying to make a change. I want to become healthy, but my family cultured a habit of eating out. My health is not that great and it could be because of my diet. I don't know much about cooking, so I am hoping the kind community here could help.
My family isn't huge, but our kitchen is small and hard to cook in large quantities to last the week.
I am wondering if anyone knows any healthy recipes for a starter cook, or perhaps healthy snacks to make for a family that loves sugar. We already have an array of fruit, but that doesn't always replace a meal.
I really like Kylie Sakaida's recipes, because she emphasizes adding nutritional elements over taking things out of your meal. I've made many of her rice cooker recipes and they're all very easy and tasty. Her salmon rice bowl is my current favorite. You can find her on youtube, ig, or tiktok. 1 reply
