i make these yogurt bowls with chopped up apples (can b any fruit), granola (the one i use has cashew and cranberries), and greek yogurt. I add honey sometimes but the yogurt i buy is usually sweetened already. I make it in this big bowl and it's really filling basically a lunch. May differ 4 u bcus a whole apple is already enough to get me slighlt......   1 reply
