I have a sweet tooth but I can’t stand “fake” sugars like sucralose, aspartame, saccharin, stevia, so of all the sugar substitutes I’ve tried, the only ones I tolerate are Monkfruit and Erythritol. I’ve heard alulose is also “sugar-like”, but I haven’t tried that one.   2 reply

Steak, eggs, cottage cheese, sardines, radish, salmon, and eggplant. It just matters how you season/cook it. I reccomend cutting down on processed sugar and ingredients like red 40 what-not. I really like Kylie Sakaida's recipes, because she emphasizes adding nutritional elements over taking things out of your meal.
