Ik this might not be the best advice but u really should start planning to do it urself. Ya know, spending effort to force them to do it is equally taxing as doing it all by urself. Been there when i had a groupmate who was supposed to be an honor student deliver worse outputs compared to a fucking grade schooler. I basically did most of our thesis......   reply

This might seem weird (or borderline creepy) but as for me, I usually observe my surroundings first.
