Ik this might not be the best advice but u really should start planning to do it urself. Ya know, spending effort to force them to do it is equally taxing as doing it all by urself. This might seem weird (or borderline creepy) but as for me, I usually observe my surroundings first. This is my general way of making friends, be it in class, events, internship, etc. I try to feel people out, like lowkey observing everyone, if they have the same hobbies as me, their humors, personalities and such, and when we are assigned or group...... 2 reply
I block it out, pretending I can’t remember then proceed to gaslight myself that if I can’t remember it, it must be unimportant. Then I repeatedly think “sleep, sleep, sleep” gaslighting myself into talking to myself about mundane things or thinking i’m not thinking anything whilst i can feel the stressful thoughts at the back of my mind....... reply
