did you go to doctor to treat it? then you can ask your doctor to write up a letter explaining that you have UTI and needs to go to the toilet frequently. You just need to show that letter to your teacher if you are shy to open up about your health. It's okay, most people will be understanding and maybe you can be excused from the assembly.

I think I've read something similar to this. This is only my personal morally grey opinion.
I think its fine, honestly if its love then why not. But thats just me cause I'm not sane but I know society will not and never accept that.
