Since it seems this is mainly about parenthood, I’ll add my two cents: Parents are selfish. basically I’m trying to say that every kid is alive because their parents wanted them without regard to what that potential kid might want it’s all a oír what the parents wanted.   reply

Just a sh* tty story in general. After so many years I've gotten more intoned with what I like, so I try to avoid mangas that have things not appealing to me, but if I have to say something that makes me regret I read it would be a story that starts off a certain way and somehow switches gears.   1 reply

I wouldn’t care if they changed yo the characters as long as they were more díverse. The thing is that they’re not. I dunno if this is a hot take, but I was looking for an outlet to bitch abut this, so here goes. 9-1-1 (the show) is stupid af. We get so few media based in LA that I wanted to like this show, but I just can’t suspend my disbelief enough to enjoy it’s ridiculousness.   2 reply

It’s a common stereotype and something depicted in media, but I think it has to do with cultural background. For example, I’m Hispanic and I didn’t grow up with the looming threat of having to leave home as soon as I turned 18.   reply
