Yes and no. I read yaoi for the sex, and shonen-ai for the sexual tension, but my gripe is when there is no build up to either the sex or the romance. So it’s either they meet, have sex once and suddenly nobody else is good enough and they can only have sex with each other, or there is straight sex with absolutely no dialogue. Just in terms of appearance, I think the nose either makes or breaks a face. There are a few people who've I'd thought were beautiful (appearance-wise): Brad Pitt (in his younger days) Axl Rose ( again in his younger days) Jared Leto (younger).
