Whatshisface from Jinx. I’ve not read the story so it’s not like I’m hating because of it, only that I keep seeing comments say the story is shit but the art is super nice and I just don’t see it. Huh—? I’ve been reading BL for close to 20 years and I don’t miss most of the old art. So of it still looks nice like Haruka Minami and Ootsuki Mío, but most, compared to modern art, don’t look that good.   reply

I was translating a novel but my iPad is so old it kept freezing up so I was like I’ll come back to it eventually…and bam! I’m sure something will crop up, it’s not like piracy hasn’t existed since the beginning of time, in the meantime, though, it sucks i can’t continue with my project.   reply

Id like a more faithful adaptation of No. 6. The manga did. Decent job of squeezing 9 novels into 9 manga volumes. The anime did some (to me) unnecessary changes to some pivotal scenes. Mexican food. There are so many different cuisines depending on the region of the country, but most people only know the most famous/common ones like tacos or mole. For example, in Guadalajara there’s a dish called carne en su jugó, but a lot of people not from that area have never eaten it or even heard of it. It’s really good.   1 reply
