16 (turning 17), straight (if anything) female from Norway. I started reading yaoi by accident somewhere in middle school. I kind of thought about it as some grave and dangerous secret I had to keep... Until I entered high school and found a kindred spirit XD Now I discuss yaoi loudly in the classroom during both lunch break and classes, with a fel......   reply

"Of course you read BL, all girls love their yaoi" "Ofc you read shoujo, you're a girl" Basically any comments that attributes my likes/dislikes to my sex. I'm not afraid of spiders because I'm a girl, I'm afraid of spiders because they move freakishly fast compared to their body size which creeps me out. I'm ace myself a......   reply

Ignore them and just not acknowledge their existence, i reckon? Any discussion i have with another is reliant on them being susceptible to logic and reason. This hypothetical person seems to have no affinity with either, and thus any reasonable retort I may make will just be a waste of time and energy. Better to just not give such a blob of nonsens......   1 reply

I'd say I get along with my second oldest brother the best. We're fairly alike, some of his friends more or less thinks of me as a mini-version of him. We don't have, like, deeply personal conversations, but we can hold a conversation about some random obscure topic for hours. He's also the only one I can talk about really weird or nerdy things wit......   reply

about question
I had forgotten harada even exists tbh. What I read by them I read in, like, middle school though, so all I remember is a mild feeling of discomfort and occasionally unexpected interest. As far as I can recall it was very hit or miss for me. I think I had a couple of things I could read by them, and some I absolutely could not, on account of the re......   reply
