I rate things based on how they made ME feel. Sometimes I am in the mood for something dark, sometimes when I am in a dark place in my life I need "fluffy" to keep my sanity. Go do something physical. For me, it's cleaning or working out, and maybe while listening to music. Doing something physical allows my mind to do it's thing, but doing it while being physical keeps my mind from becoming too frenetic, because I do have to pay some attention to what I am doing physically. I've never done them myself. But my friends used to when I was younger. If you do end up doing them, I highly recommend doing them in a safe and familiar place. If your hallucinations get bad, being in an unfamiliar place can make it worse. Definitely DO NOT go to public or crowded places!   1 reply
