I think the 18+ thing is more like a warning than an interdiction. It helps you know what will be in the thing you're starting to watch/read/play, but in the end it depends on your mentality. Usually to find raws I type the japanese name in Google Pics then scroll until I find a pic from the manga. Then I follow the links until I get to the chapter. It's tedious because sites that don't use the roman alphabet give a number to the series instead of its romanized name, but it usually ends up working.
