if we don't cause our own mass extinction with nuclear weapons by then probably 300 years or so? putting aside the primal urge to keep the bloodline going i dont think its a bad thing for humanity to go extinct faster though. less generations = less people to suffer. its not like the unborn babies have the consciousness to regret not being born
