About the "National Day" thing: The issue is not whether it is real or not. It is the fact that in this day and time, in already 2021, a small group of men are allowed set out a date to terrorize women all over the nation without consequences. Even if it's probably not real, the news spread so far that men whom would be unaware of this "joke" are going to feel validated enough to commit a crime. Regardless of this fake holiday, women are going to be sexual assaulted tomorrow, because women are sexual assaulted every day. Every. Single. Day. Every 73 seconds, to be more exact.

This incident spread more awareness about the risks of sexual assault than any other recent campaign. Please allow women AND men to learn how to defend themselves against rape and harassment. In this world we live in it's important to know how to protect yourself, whether on April 24th or some other day, if not from rape, maybe domestic violence. There's no harm in learning, and even if the world doesn't burn down tomorrow, at least we have a skill for a future emergency.

It just doesn't feel real and I have no one to tell it to. I don't have the best relationship with my mom and she just called me pretty mad because of something I forgot to do and she said she was going to come home and leave with my stuff out of the door and that was one of the scariest experiences I had. I then spent hours cleaning the house and doing all the chores in hopes of making her change her mind. In the end, I went to meet her and she didn't come home and nothing happened. It's just... I simply can no longer bring myself to call couples in BL as "seme" and "uke". I used to do that in the early days of 2016 but it's just cringy nowadays. Also recently I stopped using terms as "top" and "bottom" since it's kinda demeaning to refer to them by whether they are in the giving and/or receiving end. So I decided to use "main character", "main lead", "male lead", "protagonist" and "love interest", "male counterpart", "deuteragonist". It may seem overkill but it feels more respectful to refer to characters this way.

Just curious. I'm gonna turn 20 this year and more often than not I feel lost among the majority of 13-16 year old's in this website lol

I want to downvote some questions and answers so bad but I can't D:

I never understood why whenever a guy dress or act more femininely he's tagged as being gay. Sexuality has nothing to do with it. And I know it is partially because of toxic masculinity that portraits anything even remotely feminine as bad. But females also do that. They look at a guy and see they aren't stinking of testosterone and misogyny from head to toe and shove a gay tag down their throat. I want to read someone else opinion on it, please.
