For more casual learning I do Duolingo (usually learn languages for travel purposes so I need to be able to read a menu but don’t have to be fluent). For extra exposure: watch a show in your target language (start with one in the same family as your native language ex: Spanish and French are both Romance languages). It depends on the day and how well I’ve prepped. If I have high iron foods leading up to it, the pain is usually 1-3 (pain is the worst for me on day 2). If I don’t, the worst camps I’ve had were probably a 6. For reference, I would put appendicitis at a 7   reply
