It is a racist word. It was used to describe the white indentured servants that plantation owners would often use in lieu of slaves bc they were cheaper and therefore more expendable. I broken my ankle this past week and it has come to my attention that I will have to walk in the rain with my crutches soon. Do y’all hav any advice on what I should look out for to avoid further injury
My cat of 17 years died last week and I’m still trying to find away to cope. I tried reading something fluffy to lift my spirits, but it didn’t help much. Do y’all have any webcomics or anything that I can read that will leave me bawling my eyes out? Any grieving advice is also welcome. For those of you that have, you know those white structures that they would build and eat? Has anyone else ever had an intense craving for those? They just make them look so good in the show.
If you have ever fantasied about eating them, what do you think the taste and texture would be?
I think it would have the texture of dried pineapple (the super sugary, bite sized kind) and the taste of oysters (if you had the salt taste without the brine taste). Do y’all know of any foods similar to this? Any info would be greatly appreciated
