Broke my ankle
I broken my ankle this past week and it has come to my attention that I will have to walk in the rain with my crutches soon. Do y’all hav any advice on what I should look out for to avoid further injury
Try a rain cover for whatever's on your leg, and those really long rain jacket capes to try and cover your body overall. Pain relievers for barometric pressure, idk. reply
try your best not to get ur foot wet i will assume u have a cast on so find a waterproof bag or smth to cover it and give yourself alot more time to walk cause you will be painfully slow reply
I broke severely broke my ankle in 2023 I feel your pain and I wish you a speedy recovery. Take your time maneuvering, don't rush yourself and take smaller steps. If youre able I would recommend getting one of those leg scooters (if where you are going is fairly flat) it will help with your stability.
