i recently started having month long periods i am a little overweight and last time i had a blood test it said i had imbalance of hormones is ,it to do with my weight?

I try my best to communicate the best of my ability to my siblings but it never works just never they do t reciprocate the energy or time I put in for them I feel like I'm an outcast in my family but I just get ignored and they only come to me when it's convenient for them

Monday I went on a long af hike 15km hike it took like 6hrs ISH my friend got injured then Saturday I snuck out of the house to go clubbing it was rlly fun Icl watching sunrise whilst I was cycling back was freeing reply
I went to a mutual family friends party and she was there I threw up when I saw her it mad eme realise that I haven't gotten over it
when we cut contact she just cut contact with me and acted like I didn't exist it made me realise she didn't see our relationship as a important as I did
I've been trying to avoid her for years cause I couldn't help it I have an avoidant personality
