Things that worked for me (might help you, might not)
1. Dc with friends, make ourselves accountable (seeing others in the same class studying for the same test makes me competitive cause I want a higher score than them, or at least not the lowest.)
2. Placing a mirror next to me (makes me self aware of what im doing, like browsing the phone. Also......

You overestimate my stupidity. Tho i do have a friend who used her school google account on dating sites. It went on for like half a year until she told us she was using her school account then we told her the school can see it lol

i once dreamt that my teeth all fell out.
