I've been on this site (lost my other account) since 2012, it's quite an old website. It's been through a nuke or two and the dev/s seem to understand what to do. Ironically panicking and arguing with others online over posts they've made probably just garners more attention. It also depends on which country you're from and which country you'd like to head for, so the application processes can differ. You do however, need to make sure you have a passport and meet the visa requirements for study. Do you have a particular country in mind? What kind of scholarship do you want/need? Just install a reliable adblocker. It'll block redirects and popups. AdGuard has been the best in terms of reliability. If you use it on your PC, it also blocks your YouTube ads.
