What better way than to pirate like much of us are doing here?
Download a PSP emulator on your PC or laptop and then download the ROMS of some otome games like Hakuouki or Kamigami no Asobi or Amnesia or something. Some of them have ENG translation packs or you can just rawdog the Japanese (it's a good way to learn japanese)
