Honestly you have to urge them to get help and stop hurting themselves. Though, know you can’t make someone do something if they are unwilling, you can only do your best. They need help with the root of the problem, since there will always be knives in a kitchen. It can be much like an addiction actually, and it’s very hard for someone to quit ......
