Nowadays I am getting pretty bored and put off with all these characters having super toned muscles ^_^. I don't even see them going to gym man and they got super ripped body both ML and MC ... Which seems like they are literally bodybuilders (+_+). Dropping this kind of manhwas nowadays.

People, Dramas , anime , Wasting my time , YouTube and tiktok shorts - they are hellish, you will just keep on scrolling even though you wanna stop , this was giving me creeps, so for a while now I have set timer for Yt and tiktok so they don't control me , I control them . Seeing too many ppl on yt and tiktok is overwhelming to me .

Actually it's not a mental illness or anything. It's just a pattern followed by your brain , it keeps recalling only bad memories , trynaa make you sad .
Solution: Call your name loudly in your inner monologue. Basically call yourself , whenever sad thoughts occupy your mind . Almost like ......
