Now I do think that media literacy is dying but also as I’ve gotten older I’ve realised that generally most people are just dumb. I would have to say 60% of the population has always just ever seen things at face value maybe even more throughout history . There’s nothing wrong with enjoying your own company. I live out on a farm and it takes about 40 minutes to get into town where my friends live which can be a real hassle with busy roads, it’s not rare for me to only see my friends a couple of times a year and honestly I don’t mind.
