Is it? I think it's just like any niche fetish that is there but not super predominant in BL and other genre shoujo etc. like the boss seme trope. Then again I don't read all BL series so I might missed them out haha. I think it's more in shoujo and otome games pseudo-incest is very common drama trope. reply

if you want a webtoon/manga BL that doesn't have nsfw scenes ^^". Check out:
"Shounen ai" genre there's no nsfw stuff here.
