I hate picrews and here's why, see this picrew in particular literally has only FOUR skin tone options. Two are white and the other two are brown and blue (???) There never seems to be any diversity.

Those water flossers are dangerous because they can loosen the tooth and cause it to fall out, going to the dentist is really the only option to REALLY get rid of all that tartar and plaque, but for now have him floss during night if not every meal, alongside brushing twice everyday.
