Tofu is great, I usually fry it on pan with very little oil , and just put between brown bread or rice paper with lettuce, soy sauce and whatever you like for taste. also for dressing I just sub mayo with yoghurt or curd so it's still creamy but not heavy on calories , also pickle juice is great for dressing and whatever seasonings you want.
