Mangago should have gone private for some time. It's pretty obvious some people are targeting BL manga/manhwas to get them deleted. Mangago seems like it's too greedy to do that though. Same way I see people sending death threats to people liking or making content of ships they like. So really, it's a fandom issue, not a shipping issue.
