My sibling gets sleep paralysis multiple times per night rlly often. They always explain how they woke up unable to breathe and seeing something sitting on top of their chest. It happens more when they sleep on their back and when they fell asleep w/o being exhausted (the days they sleep after training they don't get any). No idea tho, I thought pe......   reply

Honestly depends on what youre lying abt.
