This started at the dawn of time when BL surfaced first in JPN. The crowd has gone numb over time, few had awakened and reflected in their twisted taste.
The readers totally need a reminder each and every time what is moral or not. What is ethical or not.

If talking about Japanese Classic BLs yes... there is a slump or like the translations scans of before are now out of it and they are in the site not being updated much.
With Korean ones. It is depends on the loyal following if a translator and uploader is willing to keep updating the series
